consultant who specializes in guiding organizations in the use of knowledge
management principles to improve financial results.
Ms New has consulted with the National Football League, Merrill Lynch,
Microchip, and a host of other corporations to help them increase communications
effectiveness and improve the bottom line.
Throughout her career, she has owned and operated three successful small
businesses, which allowed her to develop and implement the knowledge principles
